Louise Mc Bride trained as a Youth Worker (BSc Community Youth Work) and specialised in Social Policy (MSc). 

She has spent twelve years working in youth organisations, schools and voluntary/statutory organisations as a group facilitator.

Her experience includes:

• Generating and supporting personal and professional change through innovative group work and individual work.

• Line management and off site supervision of staff and volunteers

• Programme managment including policy development, funding, recruitment and selection, staff training and the evaluation of programmes.

• Developing specific projects and programmes in partnership with key stake holders to meet identified needs
